The EMU is widely applicable both on the surface and underground. Especially underground the EMU, so-called Subway or Metro, is considered as the most preferable transportation to solve heavy intracity traffic congestion. Hyundai Eurotem’s EMUs have adopted the VVVF inverter controls and the car body structures are made of not only stainless steel but also aluminum materials, which have been successfully proven by many years of commercial service. Hyundai Eurotem concentrates its efforts on safe and comfortable vehicles by using special materials for interior facilities, which have excellent fire resistance qualities equivalent to the materials used on aircraft.




The LRV generally runs as an intracity transportation vehicle with its efficient capacity as it is a very environment-friendly transit system with minimal air pollution and noise. The LRV requires less initial investment and operation costs, and also this reasonably priced vehicle requires less power consumption and maintenance costs.

Diesel multiple Units are capable of operating at the speed of 160Km/h for commercial service, much faster than existing locomotives. To meet the various needs of clients, we are prepared to design and manufacture various types of DMU, giving flexibility to the basic formation and power distribution and/or changing location of power units(under frame or upper frame).
